As you can appreciate, we are a small and local growing business. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
In terms of sizing please refer to our size charts and measurement descriptions relating to the item before you make your purchase.
In the spirit of hygiene, we do not accept any returns on jewellery or hair products.
Each product is individually examined.
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us at email@example.com we can replace your item or provide a refund up until 14 days from that date of purchase.
You must be able to show your proof of purchase.
A refund will be refused where there is any intended damage made to the product.
Refunds for faulty or damaged items will be processed via the same payment method as the original payment. Where the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue an exchange, or refund via an alternative method and where possible.
